Kiln's interview process involves a phone screening with our recruiter or a co-founder, a take-home case study, and interviews with key team members followed by a culture fit interview. Candidates also meet with board members for a comprehensive evaluation before receiving an offer to join the team. For further explanations, please refer to the interview guide.
Kiln is supporting employees to work remotely, as long as they live and are legally allowed to work in one of the following locations: France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, UK or Singapore – where Kiln has a legal entity.
Please note that some specific open positions are only based in our Paris, London or Singapore headquarters.
With a spontaneous application, you are not applying directly to a position. Your details are saved, and we will only reach out directly to you if we have a new position that could spark your interest and match your skill set.
