Kiln's interview process involves a phone screening with our recruiter or a co-founder, a take-home case study, and interviews with key team members followed by a culture fit interview. Kiln is supporting employees to work remotely, as long as they live and are legally allowed to work in one of the following locations: France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, UK or Singapore – where Kiln has a legal entity.
